Get free resources and know-how to enhance your coverage of the 2026 midterm election. This webinar, designed especially for rural and smaller media, will give you everything you need to report on upcoming state, county and local contests. The event, presented by the Society of Professional Journalists, will run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6.

Sasha Hupka, a reporter for Votebeat, will moderate a panel of election experts and veteran journalists who will offer tips and resources specifically tailored to smaller newsrooms. These panelists are expected to offer their advice:
